We’re going to be pumpin’ some iron and building your muscular strength and endurance with this 45 minute calorie burner.
Not all workouts need to be cardio, cardio, cardio and we’re going to help get you strength gains and muscle tone with sets and reps.
A 45 minute powerful flow designed to stretch out the body and help you de-stress. We will focus on breathing, stretching and well of course core strength too!
Fusion Conditioning has been designed to strengthen and tone all of our muscles in just 45 minutes! We’ll focus on muscular strength and endurance, we’ll focus on developing long, lean muscles and we’ll focus on…oh you know it’s coming…YOUR CORE.
This full body workout will have you sweating in no time! We mix classic barre strength with high intensity interval training. We will be using 2.5lbs-3lbs weights, a booty band, and a step but these are all optional! You will still get that burn you’re looking for equipment free. Option to bring your babe to make this a Barre & Babe class - you can use your baby as your weight for the strength portion!
