Coach Pam is a born and raised Calgary girl, who worked for 10 years in oil and gas, but has now been given the opportunity to try something new, which has started with the Fusion Fitness Family. She grew up playing sports and have always been a tad bit competitive. However, after two knee surgeries her outlook has changed to focus on functional fitness. She wants to be able to hike, ski, and play with my family injury free. After having my son, She joined Laura Flood's fitness classes and was hooked by the energy, challenge, and variety of workouts that kept me motivated and coming back.
Fitness isn't about a number on a scale or a size of clothing, its about having the energy and strength to run around with the kids and demonstrating the importance of daily physical activity with them.
Coach Lauren’s passion for yoga and fitness lead her to start teaching after giving birth to her daughter.
She loves teaching prenatal and postnatal bodies and bringing in pelvic floor awareness to all her classes.
She gets great enjoyment from teaching kids yoga classes regularly too. Find her also teaching a Powerful Powerflow, She hopes to motivate families on their fitness/yoga journey and strongly believes what you need you already have within you just need to tap into that.
Growing up, Coach Lia was always passionate about athletics. Soccer became my sport of choice, and Lia played competitively until she graduated high school.
In university, Lia studied to earn my Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Studying was all she did, and realized something else was needed to find balance. Lia tried her first yoga class in 2016 and fell in love with what the practice did for my mind. Her instructors taught her that yoga can be anything you need it to be, whether it is a physical workout, or to be mindful and find peace in the present.
Coach Lia completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Flow teacher training at Pure Hot Yoga in 2019.She loves to challenge everyone, so come ready to sweat, smile and have fun!”
